This board is just great for covering all the basic moves. Its lightweight yet sturdy, definitely not the type of flimsy plastic boards that you get for half of the price.

Washes well, dries quick on a hanger, colors dont fade, and shape is retained. Ive shared the link for these tee shirts with other women hikers and walkers. These shirts are perfect! They are soft and silky, wear well when working out, and the colors are beautiful. They fit exactly as expected per the sizing chart. I always worry when buying shirts online because I have broad shoulders, but the medium is great.
