I did Google how to shorten the. Jump rope but once I did it worked out great.

Good quality matt for the price. Has nice thick. Seems durable enough to hold up for a good long while. I am using this to go under a couple of small weight racks. To protect the floor. Serves my needs perfectly.

When I ordered these shirts I thought I had ordered size medium, but ended up ordering the small. Since I had lost a lot of weight I felt I was in-between a small and a medium, thus why I was ordering the medium.

The quality is better than what I was expected, very stable and firm.

Its got nice settings though and fit my brother in law just fine - I think it would be a great bike for a regular workout.

Helps me get into shape at my pace.

All of the components seem to be well designed and built. Bike assembly took about 20 minutes.

I did not like these at first because they are noticeable lighter than my first rope and felt less durable. I now use these for jumping indoors and they are fine for that. Personally when jumping outdoors I prefer something slightly thicker. If you prefer a light rope, I recommend these.

Overall, I am very satisfied. Certainly stand above the other pushup gear at this price.
