The bike is very sturdy and made well. The red really stands out. I like the colors. Easy to put together. The bike seat was a little tricky. It works just as advertised. Very smooth ride. Very quiet when riding. Enjoyable to ride.

I use it as a cover up after my workouts. Its very comfortable, but kinda thick so I wouldnt recommend actually working out in it. Rocking it with a pair of jeans to a casual outing could work also.

I decided to go with a bike because treadmills are always very expensive and my father rode his bike a lot. I was a bit skeptical at first but according to my father, he said that this is “what he needed to get moving again.” He now uses it every morning and evening and has already lost 5 lbs! I decided test the machine myself and I was amazed at how smooth the peddling was. There is a wide range of options for the amount of incline you want on the bike. A great led screen to monitor how far you have traveled and an excellent placement of the cup holder. I havent seen my father this active in more than a year! I would say that this purchase has definitely made the year go off to a great start!
