I got this Hoop to add some variety to my fitness goal. I started this journey with a size 41.5 waist, I cant wait to see the transformation.

I will also add these seem to be similar quality as some of the name brand ones that cost 1.5-2x as much for a similar set, so hopefully they hold up as well as those.
Instructions would have been nice. Received all of the parts but no instructions.
Get lots of compliments...not much in the support realm. Feel a just ok when first worn but w like the Ahhh factor when I first put on a pair of sneakers.

These are very sturdy and do not wobble when working with heavy weights or doing arm dips, or jumping squats that need support.
