This recumbent design does less harm to your knees and back during your workout.Absolutely love it so far!

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes to workout from home or if you just dont want to go to the gym and get some quick reps in.

Good quality matt for the price. Has nice thick. Seems durable enough to hold up for a good long while. I am using this to go under a couple of small weight racks. To protect the floor. Serves my needs perfectly.

The assembly was easy, instructions were clear. And the weight was manageable for me! I did require my hubby to ONLY hold the bike as I attached it to the base frame.
