This board is just great for covering all the basic moves. Its lightweight yet sturdy, definitely not the type of flimsy plastic boards that you get for half of the price.

I was very concerned of buying a spinning bike without being able to test it, but I am glad I did it. The instructions were very clear. It only took me 30 min to assemble. The bike is very easy to move around since it has two wheels at front. Also, its very easy to adjust the speed, height and the seat and handle positions. The seat is very comfortable and soft. It doesnt hurt. Its important to mention that the bike doesnt make any noise. Also, the screen gives me all the necessary information I need. However, what I love the most in this bike is the iPad holder. So, I can watch my TV shows while working out. This bike has everything I need. The quality and cost of this bike made it an excellent purchase. I dont have any complaints so far.

They run a little bigger than expected. So they arent as flattering as I would have wanted. All in all other than fit Im pleased. Im DD chest 52 and 180lbs wear size 12 in pants.

I used a belt that was supposed to produce the sweating result during my workout, but this product is amazing. Fits comfortably and covers my entire top torso. I got a good sweat out and lost 2 pounds. Needless to say, this is quite the motivator since my goal is weight loss. I will wear this every time I go to the gym.

The rear of the flywheel is really more stable than a regular exercise bike!
