Its always a tough one trying to get the right size for anything compression . Id probably go one size bigger ... or maybe even two of your tall or have long arms or legs ... Waist size is on point .. length could use some work . I got the xxl only because Im tall .. they work , Im not one to complain ... I really like how the items came. I have been looking for something like this for a while – and have purchased a few others that I didnt really like/didnt fit me well – I have a wedding coming up in roughly 1.5 months and my normal gym routine just isnt cutting it anymore as I age. Anyways, I used the Brabic one last night for the 1st time and I absolutely loved it – fit perfect (bit hard to put on, but I expect that) – I was soaked 5x the normal amount in the areas it covered in sweat – and I cant wait to clean it and wear it again on Friday for my Cardio Day.

Works well as a pushup bar and seems pretty sturdy. I use this at home after work but would be great for people on the go.
